This privacy notice aims to give you information on how ParentAssess collects and processes your personal data that you provide us with, including any data you may provide when visiting and using our website.

  • Identity and Contact Data from publicly availably sources such as, but not limited to, Companies House.

  • Register trainees for our ParentAssess training courses

  • Provide information about our courses and software

  • Correspond with you regarding our services

  • Maintain a register of trained assessors

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data other than in relation to sending you with details of events that we consider to be of interest to you. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us at

ParentAssess reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Please review it occasionally. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Services in a timely manner and, if we make material changes, we will provide a prominent notice.
